6/30 thru 7/15 except 7/3 & 7/4
7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
with a 1/2 hr. break for lunch

• All classes are taught at the Skills Center, 4141 N. Regal, EXCEPT
• Cosmetology which is taught off site at Total Cosmetology, 5303 N. Market

• Students must attend all 10 days to receive credit
• Successful completion of a class will result in receiving a .5 elective credit
• Free breakfast and lunch provided each day, pending agreement with Parks & Recreation
• Campus is closed. No student will be allowed to leave for lunch.
• $35.00 non-refundable registration fee per session (cash or check) due when you enroll.

• Print the enrollment form, complete, attach check or money order made out to Skills Center and deliver or mail to:

• A receipt will be mailed to you indicating that your student is enrolled.
• No additional information or notices will be mailed prior to class.
• Fees are paid by cash, check or money order. Debit / credit cards are not accepted.
