Get the skills and certification needed to land entry-level jobs right out of high school. Become certified and work toward college credits through the Multimedia Graphics and Printing Production program at the Skills Center.
What will I do in this program?
In this program, you'll have the opportunity to work towards becoming PrintEd certified in:
- Introduction to the Printing Industry
- Digital Imaging Input
- Digital Imaging Output
- Advanced Digital Imaging
- Finishing and Binding
- Basic Press Operations
Learn about designing and printing:
- Letterhead
- Envelopes
- Brochures
- Business Cards
- Flyers
- Posters
- Inivitations
- Programs
- Booklets

As part of the Graphic Communication curriculum, you'll learn:
- Commercial art and graphic design skills
- Desktop publishing skills
- 2D and 3D imaging and animation techniques
- Character development
- Photography- digital and analog
- Multimedia development
- Technical illustration
Learn to design your own artwork or use your digital photographs to put on T-shirts, coffee mugs, mouse pads, badges... or just about anything you can think of!
In this program, you will work with entire up-to-date Adobe Creative Suite, which includes:
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Acrobat
- Dreamweaver
- Flash
- Cinema 4D
- Animation Master

College credit potential:
Upon successfully completing this program, you may earn up to 24 college credits at Spokane Falls Community College and/or Lewis and Clark State College and up to 20 credits at the Seattle Art Institute. See the instructor for more information.
