First quarter you learn the skills needed to practice the art of Nursing Assisting. Second quarter we go out into the community and work with real patients. Third quarter we work on a Professional portfolio, go on field trips and delve deeper into the medical and health sciences. Fourth quarter we go out and work or volunteer in the community doing relevant and meaningful work. You will leave the course with a vast knowledge base to get you started in the medical and health sciences field and personal satisfaction that you can make a difference in an ill person's life.
