CERTIFIED VETERINARY ASSISTANT/PRE-VETERINARY TECHNOLOGY

This course is the cat’s meow.  Or at least it will teach you the basics of keeping cats purring and dog’s tails wagging.  Learn how to identify breeds and detect illnesses.  Study clinical procedures from restraint and handling to administration of medications and monitoring anesthesia.  Assist with treatments as you learn about working in the veterinary field and with animals at the school.
